Karen Stout is a Partner of the firm and is based in Southern California. She is a key member of Leadership Capital Group’s Board and CEO, Human Resources, Consumer Product, Finance and Service Practice areas.
Prior to executive search, Karen was Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Arbonne International, a leading-edge company specializing in skincare, cosmetics and nutrition. With over thirty-years of senior management business and human resource experience including consulting, Karen is very adept at driving business initiatives through talent acquisition, organizational design and development, and change management .
Before Arbonne, Karen held senior executive Human Resources positions at Charles Schwab, The Irvine Company, Transamerica and Nestle U.S.A. In these leadership positions, Karen established a successful record of turnarounds in competitive and rapid growth environments. Karen was the past recipient of NHRA’s Human Resources Executive of the Year award. Karen received her BA degree Summa Cum Laude from Cal State Fullerton, and her MBA from Pepperdine University, and stays active in the community through her board membership with Junior Achievement and association with Organization of Women Executives .
