Current CEO of Soluna, founder and former CEO of FirstBest

John is a versatile CEO and serial entrepreneur who has successfully founded, scaled multiple technology companies over a 20-year career. He is currently the CEO of Soluna, a company helping to shape the future of renewable energy development. Before Soluna, John was the founder and CEO of FirstBest, a transformative insurance software company acquired by Guidewire Software and Theory Center, an e-commerce software company acquired by BEA Systems. Before becoming an entrepreneur, John was the lead architect for Intel’s Digital Enterprise Group.

Harlan Bratcher

Harlan Bratcher has more than 20 years of leadership experience building global brands and guiding top-tier companies. An accomplished corporate strategist and marketer, his vision and expertise have driven notable enterprise growth in the retail, luxury, and general consumer goods sectors. After serving as a General Manager at QVC and Sony, he was the CMO of Calvin Klein and presided over the growth of A/X Armani from a small business to nearly $1 billion in revenue and leading to its Giorgio Armani’s purchase of the 50%interest that Armani did not already own in this fast fashion business.

Harold Close

Hank Close, currently serving as Founder & President of Close & Co., LLC is a forward-looking sales and marketing executive focused on advising traditional and digital media companies in maximizing top and bottom-line performance. This includes executive search, organizational structuring, process management, and go-to-market strategy. Hank’s industry experience includes running multi-screen cable and broadcast network advertising sales groups, and research/marketing operations. Kam has served on 16 public company Boards (with committee chairmanships or lead director roles in most), 17 private company Boards, and five not-forprofit Boards, including three institutions of higher learning. Board roles have included R H Donnellley; IMS Health; Linens ‘n Things; Playboy Enterprises; and Radio Shack.

Larry Kittelberger

Retired COO and CIO of Honeywell International; Former Lucent Technologies/Bell Laboratories; AlliedSignal

Larry Kittelberger was senior vice president, Technology and Operations at Honeywell International when he retired in April 2010. In this position, he led Honeywell’s Engineering, Operations (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement), Information Technology and Global Security organizations, overseeing the products Honeywell makes, the service it provides to customers, and the fundamental tools employees need to accomplish their jobs effectively.

Pat Milligan

Global Leader & Head of the Multinational Client Group at Mercer

Pat Milligan is the Global Leader & Head of the Multinational Client Group at Mercer, the Human Resources Consulting business that comprises one third of Marsh & McLennan, a $12+ billion professional services firm. With Mercer for over 10 years, most recently as President — North America Region, Pat previously was President of Mercer’s Talent business and led the human capital, information solutions, and workforce.

Kenneth Siegel

Dr. Ken Siegel is President of The Impact Group, Inc., a Los Angeles based group of Psychologists who consult to Management. Over the past twenty years, Dr. Siegel has provided management consulting services to a broad array of multi-national corporations. He has lectured throughout the world in his specialty areas of leadership development, cultural clarity, strategic alignment, team enhancement, management development, conflict resolution, and executive coaching. He has worked extensively in the services sector, electronics, distribution, retail, manufacturing, and medical-related industries, and was recently (2005) acknowledged as one of “The Top 50 Coaches in America”.

Kai-Shing Tao

Prior to founding Pacific Star Partners, Mr. Tao was a Partner at FALA Capital Group, a single family investment office, where he headed the global liquid investments outside the operating companies. Mr. Tao has served as a Member prívate as well as public Boards of Directors including HSW International, Inc. and Playboy Enterprises. He is also a member of the Real Estate Roundtable and US-China and US-Taiwan Business Council. Mr. Tao graduated from the New York University Stern School of Business.

Isaac Violin

Director General, PMI Comercio Internacional, Petroleos Mexicanos (PEMEX), former Country Manager and Executive Director, Blackrock Mexico

Isaac Volin is the former Executive Director and Country Manager at BlackRock Mexico, where he was responsible for the firm’s business plan, strategy and execution. Prior to Blackrock, he led a division of Grupo Mexicana de Aviacion as the General Director of the low-cost airline “Click”, where he was previously the group’s Chief Commercial Officer.

Tien Wong

Mr. Wong is a recognized international expert in CRM, direct marketing, and BPO. He has presented at dozens of industry events around the world, and has written numerous articles on the CRM and BPO spaces. He has also provided industry commentary on the ABC, Fox, NBC, CNBC, Maryland Public Television, and China’s CCTV networks, as well as for publications such as Time Magazine, The Washington Post, Inc. Magazine, and Success Magazine. Prior to co-founding CyberRep, he worked for ten years in commercial real estate finance and investments.
