As a foundational member of Leadership Capital Group since 2005, Jason has been pivotal in steering the finance and administration sectors. His expertise has been integral to the firm’s executive searches across board, C-level, and middle management globally.
In 2010, Jason took the helm of the firm’s expansion into Latin America by launching its operations there and continues to oversee its growth as Managing Director. With a seasoned background in finance and accounting from his early career at Progressive Solutions Consulting in New York, he adeptly handled financial restructuring and served in Corporate Controller roles across various sectors.
Now, as Partner and Global CFO, Jason directs Leadership Capital Group’s middle management division and also manages the firm’s financial strategies and administrative operations in both Latin America and the firm’s other locations.
