Vice President
Evan is a Vice President and has been with the firm for almost a decade. He supports executive level searches in various industries including, Healthcare, Financial Services, Hospitality, Consumer Services and Insurance. He has helped place several dozen critical technology, security, sales and marketing and finance roles within Leadership Capital Group’s clients across the US and LATAM.
He has also helped spearhead the firm’s retingency arm, Searchplicity, where he is Partner contact for searches and manages entire search processes. On a daily basis, Evan applies is worldly experience of living in three continents to his professional search methods while keeping a keen eye on diversity. He is bilingual in Spanish and currently splits his time between the firm’s offices in Costa Rica and Maryland. Evan has worked with clients such as Kaiser Permanente, K12, Inc., Wells Fargo, TIAA, Accenture, Booz Allen Hamilton, Comcast and others.
Evan was a Division III college lacrosse player and brings his competitive spirit to the team, always pushing others to their best. Evan resides in Heredia, Costa Rica with his wife and two sons.
