Chris joined Leadership Capital Group as a Partner in 2016 and has a long tenure of recruiting experience across a variety of sectors including financial services, technology, media and entertainment and public relations. Chris was a founder and instrumental in launching the Middle Management practice. Chris possesses a demonstrated skill in aligning organizations with premier talent, bringing a strategic edge to the recruitment process. His expertise extends beyond matchmaking; he provides his clients with insightful, data-driven analysis on the latest trends and shifts in human capital, ensuring they stay ahead in the competitive markets he operates within.
Prior to recruiting, Chris spent 20 years in Equity Capital Markets and Trading. He has led, trained, and hired multiple sales and trading teams at several financial service firms during his tenure, including Schwab Capital Markets, Soundview Technology Group, and Credit Suisse/First Boston. As Vice President NASDAQ trading at Credit Suisse, Chris helped develop their sector trading initiative, and was Head Trader of the Healthcare sector.
Chris has a BA from the University of Miami and lives in Fairfield, CT with his wife and three children.
