Partner
Bill Liguori is a co-founder and Partner responsible for the Healthcare, Insurance, Hospitality, Media, and Professional Services Practices at Leadership Capital Group. Bill has years of experience supporting companies through rapid market and organizational expansion. Starting in executive search in 1994 and having held management roles in recruitment and sales in the software and professional services industries, he has developed successful recruitment, retention, and strategic partner approaches for multiple organizations.
Prior to co-founding Leadership Capital Group in 2005, Bill was a Vice President at a London-based retained executive search firm. Previously, Bill held leadership roles at the data aggregation software company, Yodlee, and at the IT services and consulting firm, Sapient Corporation. Bill began his search career with a boutique executive search firm in Baltimore. In 1997 he joined a top-tier retained search firm as a founding member of the firm’s Corporate IT practice in New York and Northern Virginia.
Clients for whom Bill and his team have delivered excellence include Lee Health, Novant Health, Mayo Clinic, Kaiser Permanente, City of Hope, Stanford Health, Hilton, CareFirst, Accenture, Booz Allen, TIAA, J.B. Hunt, and others. Bill was raised in Northern New Jersey and lives with his wife and three children in Columbia, Maryland. Bill served as a board member and later as Board Chair for the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults and remains active in cancer advocacy work.
He graduated from the University of Maryland and remains an active alum.
