Chris was a founder and instrumental in launching the Middle Management practice. Chris possesses a demonstrated skill in aligning organizations with premier talent, bringing a strategic edge to the recruitment process. Prior to recruiting, Chris spent 20 years in Equity Capital Markets and Trading. He has led, trained, and hired multiple sales and trading teams at several financial service firms during his tenure, including Schwab Capital Markets, Soundview Technology Group, and Credit Suisse/First Boston. As Vice President NASDAQ trading at Credit Suisse, Chris helped develop their sector trading initiative, and was Head Trader of the Healthcare sector.

In 2010, Jason took the helm of the firm’s expansion into Latin America by launching its operations there and continues to oversee its growth as Managing Director. John Jazylo

John V. Jazylo is a Partner of the firm and is based in South Carolina. He is a key member of Leadership Capital Group’s Information Technology, Financial Services, and Board & CEO Practice areas. John leads the Engineering Management and Services practice.

John has recruited Chief Executive Officers, Chief Information Officers and other functional senior leaders for some of the most recognizable global industry leaders, including Liberty Mutual, Honeywell, Ford, General Motors, Michael Baker International, Boswell, Quest Diagnostics, Cooper Industries, AIG, and JPMorgan Chase. Immediately prior to joining Leadership Capital Group, John served as an Executive Vice President of one of the world’s largest retained executive search firms and was previously President, Managing Director and Founder of JVJ Associates, a human resources consulting and executive search and assessment firm. John’s consulting work has focused on organizational performance (assessing teams and managing change), leadership development (coaching and developing leaders), and talent acquisition and management (identifying, attracting, and retaining talent and managing Board and executive succession).

Prior to his work in executive search and human resources consulting, John led NYNEX Development Company as its President and Chief Executive Officer, guiding this multi-unit holding company specializing in network management, customer service, multi-media, computer processing and venture capital.

Before NYNEX, John held senior management positions with American Express Company and Warner Communications (now Time Warner) where he provided general management leadership, held P&L responsibility for global transaction processing and electronic distribution of products and services. He also has extensive international experience in Europe and the Pacific Rim.

Marc Lewis is a co-founding Partner and CEO of the firm, with three decades of experience in retained executive and board search nationally, and for the past two decades internationally. As a recognized volunteer leader for educational institutions including Phillips Academy Andover, Dartmouth College, and Stanford University, Marc served for over a decade apiece as Alumni Club President and on Trustee Nominating and Selection Committees. After graduating from Dartmouth College with an Honors Major in Mathematics & the Social Sciences while holding two jobs including Publisher & President of America’s oldest college newspaper, The Dartmouth, he earned his MBA from Stanford University. Born in Japan to a military family, but originally from the Northeast and New England, Marc speaks French, resides in Westport, CT and has a daughter in consulting who works in Boston and London, and another daughter who has been in several businesses after having completed college in London and becoming a high school biology teacher in Wilton, CT.
