Patricia has more than eight years of executive search experience and is responsible for leading the firms operations in Chile. Previously, Patricia held senior executives search role at Jean Belda & Partners, and Verdeja & Asociados. She specializes in executive search for middle and top management for the Banking, Capital Markets and Professional Services industries.

Patricia holds a degree in Psychology and a Masters in Human Resources with an emphasis on Organizations and Selection from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
