Oscar has more than twenty years of executive search experience and is responsible for leading the firms operations in Colombia and Panama. Previously, Oscar has held senior roles at Nicholson International, Alexandermann Group and Accetis International. He began his career in Cologne, Germany at the European headquarters of Ford Motors.
Oscar holds a BA in Economics and a Masters in International Trade.
