Jennifer joined Leadership Capital Group as a Partner where she works in a variety of sectors including real estate, utilities, media and consumer. Jennifer has 25 years of experience working in both executive search and consulting services with deep knowledge and perspectives on talent needs and organizational challenges. Her client experience has ranged from global public companies to privately-held organizations.

Prior to joining Leadership Capital Group, Jennifer worked as a Principal of Rhodes Associates, an executive search firm focused on commercial and residential real estate companies, where she focused in the areas of finance, development/construction, leasing, asset management, marketing and human resources at the executive level. Prior, Jennifer worked for publicly-traded Resources Global Professional, a professional services firm, for nine years where she was responsible for business development, client service and launched RGP Search, an executive search business focused on senior level positions in the areas of accounting/finance, information management, human capital and supply chain management. Jennifer began her executive search career at Bert Davis Executive Search in 1993, where she focused on the publishing and media industries

Jennifer holds a M.A. from New York University and a B.A. from Roanoke College. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and two sons.
