Jason Hall
Partner & Managing Director, Searchplicity /Middle Market
Jason joined Leadership Capital Group in 2005, overseeing the firm’s finance and administration area while conducting Board, C-Level, and middle management searches globally.
In 2010, Jason relocated to Costa Rica and launched Leadership Capital Group’s Latin American presence. As Managing Director, Latin America, Jason oversees finance and administrative functions of the firm.
Jason began his career in finance and accounting with New York-based Progressive Solutions Consulting as an Accounting Consultant working on financial restructuring and temporary Corporate Controller projects in various industries. Jason is an experienced accountant with an emphasis on service-related businesses. Having worked in the not-for-profit, manufacturing, financial services, and direct marketing industries.
Jason is an Advisory Board Member of Growth and Development Services, a non-profit organization located in Washington Heights, NY. He resides in Costa Rica with his wife and two children.
