Chris Monahan
Partner, Searchplicity
Chris joined Leadership Capital Group as a Partner in the Searchplicity division in 2016 and brings a long tenure of recruiting experience across a variety of sectors including financial services, technology, media and entertainment and public relations. Chris has a proven ability to matching organizations with top tier talent and providing professional insight to his clients on human capital trends in the markets in which he serves.
Prior to recruiting, Chris spent 20 years in Equity Capital Markets and Trading. Chris has led, trained and hired sales and trading teams at several financial service firms during this time, including Schwab Capital Markets, Soundview Technology Group, and Credit Suisse/First Boston. As Vice President NASDAQ trading at Credit Suisse, Chris helped build out their sector trading initiative and was Head Trader of the Healthcare sector.
Chris has a BA from the University of Miami and lives in Fairfield, CT with his wife and three children.
