Cynthia Antonion is a senior Human Resources professional with a proven track record and passion for influencing business decisions while establishing and maintaining key client relationships leveraging skills in organizational design, strategic consulting, talent management, and performance and change management. Prior to joining Herbalife, Cynthia was SVP, Human Resources Business Partner with Oaktree Capital Management, an alternative investment management firm with 1000 employees globally. Her earlier experience includes senior HR positions with Wells Fargo, Kaiser Permanente and Liberty Mutual.
Cynthia is a graduate of the University of Illinois where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
