Before co-founding Leadership Capital Group in 2005, Bill held key market-facing growth leadership roles at Yodlee, a leading data aggregation software company, and at Sapient Corporation, a prominent IT services and consulting firm. He began his executive search career at a boutique search firm in Baltimore before joining a top-tier retained search firm in 1997, where he played a foundational role in establishing the firm’s Corporate IT practice in New York and Northern Virginia.
Bill is a graduate of the University of Maryland and remains an engaged and active alumnus.
