Chris is a senior executive and experienced general manager with a record of leveraging extensive technology, operations, finance and marketing experience to drive highly effective and balanced business solutions. Previously Vice President, Financial Services of Sears Holding Corporation since 2007 responsible for marketing and delivery of financial service products across all Sears formats (including Kmart, Sears Automotive, Craftsman, Kenmore & Die Hard), Lefebvre brings to Williams Lea a track record of proven results in developing business, driving change and translating functional needs into technology- and process-based solutions. Chris’ earlier success includes proven leadership of multiple large, diverse organizations including BankServ, Washington Mutual, ID Analytics, Chase Card Services and Federal Express, with significant strengths in cross-functional consensus-building, process design/re-engineering, and revenue enhancement and expense efficiency. Chris joins Williams Lea with his primary focus the simultaneous extension of both customer and shareholder value.
