Pablo Diaz is an Associate managing recruiting projects and technical operations from Leadership Capital Group’s Latin American office in Costa Rica. Pablo brings a wealth of experience in customer service, technology, and the intersection of both functions, allowing him to have a diverse mind set in building teams for both small and large complex business environments.
Prior to joining Leadership Capital Group, Pablo managed a team of technical CSR’s for Sykes Enterprises providing technical support for Sony customers in North, Central, and South America. Before Sykes, Pablo was the manager of call center operations at Quadrant Information Services.
Pablo is fluent in three languages (English, Spanish, and Portuguese) and lives in Ciudad Quesada, Costa Rica. In Pablo’s spare time, he is a member of a local soccer team in the area.
