Vice President of Human Resources, Infomation Technology
David brings more than 25 years of experience and expertise in human resources in the health care, financial services and e-commerce industries, including executive oversight for organizational and leadership effectiveness and development, workforce planning and recruitment, strategic talent management for IT, workforce engagement, and performance management.

David has held a number of human resources executive roles during his career, most recently at Blue Shield of California which has more than 4,900 employees in 20 office locations. Prior to that, he was with Health Care Services Corporation, the parent company for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois, New Mexico, Texas, and Nebraska with nearly 20,000 employees in seven states. In this role, he led human resources across 50 locations and developed HR strategies to enable the company to be successful in a health care reform environment. David was also at Bon Secours Health System, where he led the integration of two large Catholic Health Systems, and developed an enterprise HR strategy and a national HR service delivery platform. In addition, David was at Ameritrade during their hyper-growth era and led the recruitment of executive leadership and technology talent to support Ameritrade’s aggressive business strategies.

David holds a master’s degree in industrial and labor relations from West Virginia University. He is certified through the Society for Human Resources Management as a senior professional in human resources.
