Executive Director, Network Operations
Chad Ghosn is a technology executive with over 17 years of experience in Software Support, Peripherals, Systems Engineering, Technology Engineering, Call Center Engineering and Global Telecommunications Networks.
Having spent most of his career at Dell, most lately as IT Director of Global Network Management, Chad was accountable for the strategic planning, vendor management architecture, engineering, installation and operations of Dell’s global networks supporting manufacturing and call center services facilities in Americas, Europe, and Asia. Chad was also accountable for vendor and carrier negotiations, budget forecasting, portfolio acquisitions, and relationship management for outsource services. He provided short and long term strategy and architecture and implemented major projects using ITIL best practices. Dell’s global network is a large MPLS environment with Cisco, Nortel, and Avaya systems. Chad was also Responsible for Call Center technologies and services. He provided strategy, engineering, development, installation and application support for 50 Dell call centers with over 20 thousand agents.
