Marc founded, and for six years led the Information Technology practice at one of the top three technology sector-focused executive search firms. Marc has led or been a key member of teams assessing and recruiting executives for clients and portfolio companies of clients including Accenture, American Express, Apollo, Avis Budget, Bain Capital, Blackstone, Bloomberg, BNP Paribas, CareFirst Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cargill, ConAgra, Eclipsys/Allscripts, Gartner, General Atlantic, Hilton, IBM Healthcare, IBM Software, John Deere, Merrill Lynch, One Equity Partners, Oracle, Playboy, Providence Equity, Rho Capital, Rizvi Traverse, SAP, Sony, Travelport and many smaller companies especially in technology and service sectors including healthcare, hospitality, consumer services.

Marc was the President, North America of a U.K.-based search firm, which he launched and grew to nearly $5 million in revenues in two years. Previously, Marc worked in retained search at one of the top three global search firms, and then as a Partner in the New York and Connecticut offices of a boutique firm. Earlier, Marc worked in investment banking at Salomon Brothers, for a database software company and for the nation’s largest real estate development company, Trammell Crow (acquired by CB Richard Ellis).

He has been active in his community and several educational institutions for several decades, having served on Dartmouth’s Committee on Trustees and its Nominating Committee responsible for the selection of Alumni Trustee candidates. He has served on the Boards of several privately-held for-profit and non-profit organizations in Texas and the Northeast.
