Bill joins Kaiser with an extensive hands-on technical background and a track record of managing large-scale system and network expansion initiatives to drive continual business improvement and operational efficiency. Bill has over 20 years of infrastructure and network experience with the majority of his career being spent in the telecommunications industry.
Bill most recently left Windstream, a Fortune 500 telecommunications company with 14,500 staff members throughout the US and annual revenues of ~$6B, as their Senior Vice President, Technology and Infrastructure. Throughout his seven years with Windstream, Bill had various responsibilities including all technology and infrastructure planning, engineering, tier III operational support, and capital management. As Vice President, Infrastructure and Planning, Bill oversaw all aspects of planning for Data infrastructure, ILEC, CLEC, fiber, OSP, and capital. Prior to Windstream, Bill spent more than six years with Valor Telecommunications where he managed everything from planning and engineering to data and network services.
Bill’s network background began with Sears after he graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor’s of Arts. Bill continued his education at Louisiana Tech and earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
