Chuck is an extremely effective IT executive with a proven track record in managing enterprise level network delivery, leading complex / high risk projects, and driving organizational change to deliver extraordinary business value and cost improvements. Chuck has a proven track record of success in implementing substantial, complex, high-risk IT projects including large managed services transitions. A PMP certified program and project leader and Certified Operational Excellence Champion, Chuck leads continuous improvement initiatives to drive improved processes, quality, and efficiency.
Charles has held executive positions in the IT organizations of IBM Global Services and JP Morgan Chase and has a history of leading teams to repeatable processes to improve efficiency and reduce inconsistencies or failures. Charles holds a MS, Computer Science from Boston University.
