Teha is a veteran leader with expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Project Management and Database Technologies. She has top-tier consulting experience and practical skills in complex enterprise-wide systems design, development, implementation and support. She has a proven track record of completing projects on time and on budget by clearly defining and communicating project deliverables, developing and implementing standards and best practices, identifying and mitigating risks, and developing data architecture and management strategies. Teha was a long-time employee of Marriott International, where her strong understanding of strategic business objectives/priorities and excellent communication and relationship management skills quickly advanced her to the executive level in the organization.
