Tilak Joshi, a seasoned product and technology executive with leadership and operational experience across startups, government, and fortune 500 companies, joins American Express as the VP, Digital Customer Experience. Tilak joins American Express from PayPal where he led a team of over 30 people to manage the Product Management for Analytics Platforms. Prior to PayPal, TIlak held senior positions at Citigroup and NASA.

Tilak holds two Bachelors of Science degrees from the University of Maryland, College Park; one in Finance and the other in Computer Science.
